We believe in the divine power of a women's body and her innate ability to birth her baby. Our passion lies in educating women about their choices in childbirth and supporting them in those decisions.
We know that each family has their own unique birth preferences and desires. As doulas, it is our goal to make those desires attainable, whether they are: unmedicated birth, waterbirth, induction, VBAC, or cesarean.
We attend hospital, birth-center and home births within a 20 mile radius of Warrenton, VA*.
Now offering placenta encapsulation, postpartum meal delivery and pregnant belly casting!
* We will gladly support you if you reside outside of these areas for an additional fee.

"Brittney & Eliza were so great to with!! I knew I wanted a medication-free birth this time but would need help getting through it. Brittney & Eliza went above and beyond to make my pregnancy and birth amazing! They were so responsive with advice and information during my pregnancy, then at 37 weeks they started checking on me every couple of days to see how I was feeling and answered my questions. My prenatal appointments were super thorough and I learned SO much from them. My birth was extremely fast and intense and I truly do not think I would have made it through without Eliza there. She knew exactly what to do at each point during my labor and was an extra advocate in the room for my wishes. She even stayed for a bit after the birth and made sure baby and I were doing ok, helped me with breastfeeding, and even offered to get me a meal! My postpartum visit was lengthy and I could tell they truly cared about how I was recovering. I highly recommend Aveta for your birthing and postpartum needs!!"
